The Customer Services Officer is responsible for front line and back office work relating to credit and retail activities in the branch. He/she will manage administrative and commercial tasks in the branch.
He/she assists the customer relationship officers in their daily tasks and participates in the achievement of the objective of the branch.
The Customer Services Officer shall demonstrate:
Graduate / Diploma / Certificate Holder in the field of Finance / Marketing / Sociology
Minimum one year work experience in the area of banking/microfinance/trade/business involving the development of a clientele.
